SPECIFICALLY REFERENCING THE PR CLAUSE FROM MARCH 20, 2020, IT APPEARS I SHOULD HAVE SAID "EQUIPMENT" INSTEAD OF "PARTS"!

followed by a $1 million credit facility to purchase manufacturing equipment for their Korean manufacturing facility...

"Manufacturing equipment" is the stuff companies use to produce product!

Of course the headline of the March 23 PR specifically stated "the manufacturing specifications are being finalized".

For further confirmation of the manufacturing scale-up, the following statement by CEO Keith Berman was included in the Company's PR dated March 4, 2020.

This innovative, precise and cost effective product is timely, simple to use, and most importantly will be commercial ready in the late summer of 2020.

All of the DECN disclosures point to the FACT that the commercial mass-production of DECN test kits will not yield available units until September 2020 and this assumes the controlled test results are acceptable to the national regulators, i.e. the FDA in the U.S., and there no delays in the manufacturing scale-up!
