Many of the distributors are actually still active

No doubt some are inactive, which happened to KGKG as well — that’s pretty normal in the beverage industry

Many of the distributors have never posted on social media so it’s not so easy to track

And even if you use social media to track things, which I do, it’s far from a perfect method

Some of the distributors posted on social media when they first received pallets and took a few pictures and then stopped posting on social media — some of these distributors that stopped posting pics are still distributing and some aren’t

So using social media isn’t a foolproof way to know

One thing that’s more certain is that those distributors that have continued to post on social media or have recently posted on social media are actively distributing

Another thing that needs to be factored in is that the winter is the off-season in colder climates for many beverage distributors, who then restart distribution in the Spring and Sumer

So some beverage distributors do go inactive when the weather gets colder, and then they become active again when it warms up

But just based on social media, I know for an absolute fact that several of the bigger distributors are quite active

The bigger distributors that order and reorder multiple pallets are the real revenue generators for VATE

Outwest505 stated in a PR they would need 8 pallets per month to cover Arizona and New Mexico — that’s $20,000 per month:

I do agree with you on one point, which is that the future of VATE lies in statewide distributors like Outwest505 and retail chains

That being said, CBD Beverages are still so new, and as a result, most traditional beverage distributors haven’t jumped on board yet

Outwest505 started out as a mom and pop distributor, and in under 1 year they have grown into something pretty special:

“A “mom and pop” distribution company based in New Mexico, Outwest505 has over 20 years of experience in the wholesale business. The owners have spent the last two years seeking out the perfect products to offer their customers, creating opportunities for both Outwest505 and their retailers. During these two years of research, the owners learned that CBD and Hemp infused drinks are the perfect product to grow their distribution network and provide retailers with quality beverages.”
