But that isn't what is happening.

There have been definitive statements that there is a product.

There was a (false) statement that it was FDA-approved.

There was a (false) statement that it was an "at-home" test.

At this point, there is NO product. There are NO photos of the product.
There are no news articles of said product. There has been no announcement. There has been no PR. There is no web page to see the product or read about the product. At this point, it is all smoke & mirrors. And there is absolutely nothing wrong with saying that.
