There is no good excuse for not reporting. Nobody needs to see “good news” or an attempt to put out frivolous news to increase shareholder value. There is no shareholder value here. shareholders want to see what has been going on after 3 YEARS of not reporting. To argue, defend, or even attempting to rationalize that is just absolutely ridiculous.
