We have verbal confirmation from each of the 15+ lenders that they are willing to sell/ settle their debt. We are structuring the terms and drafting legal agreements now. With 50% being located in NY it's been slower than the norm.

$OZSC on phone calls and in meetings discussing the debt with numerous potential buyers. I’ve also retained 4 broker dealers to engage their networks of high dollar investors to take out the debt and become equity partners. So far, the responses have been extremely positive.
