So silly, no one says there isn't a contract. The point is the deal has not been completed (consummated). No one even knows whether it will be with Kosmos or Total or whether one or both will walk away. Repeating misinformation over and over doesn't magically turn it into factual information. If it worked like that, erhe might be closer to a penny than it is to zero.
