If folks didn't figure out the "instructions" page that wasn't accompanied with an announcement of a CV19 test and those "dear valued customer" and the other email followed by a deluge of patently false claims by the crew....then they'll never figure truth out. However, it does appear that some angry people received the claims and are expressing their displeasure.
