Who is the officer then? Why don't you ask them about the share structure? My guess is the "acting" officer is just that for now...acting! Simply in place to sign off on the merger. There is no duty for them to update to the "to the minute" current share structure. This is a Pink Current company after all.

The company's focus is and should be the upcoming merger.

All the share structure stuff can be worked out after the fact. I know the share price will be worked out soon enough:) After the merger what the company did in the past (as a business) will have little meaning to me personally, I'm only looking forward! What's to come, imo, will dwarf what they did or failed to do in the past.
