Duly noted, but, that I am aware of, there is no officer of the company. Hence why Mr Gonzalez and Mr Shockey have been disclosing their open market purchases on other companies letterheads. There is nobody currently authorized to instruct the TA on the new share structure.

Once the merger happens and a CEO is appointed, then I'm confident all that will get updated. I'm sure you're just as excited as the rest of us for the upcoming merger...Just a few more days and things should start to get really exciting!
