What stock? Per his letter, all returned:

I would like to notify you that I am resigning from my position as Chief Executive Officer and
member of Board of Directors for Patient Access Solutions, Inc. effective January 31, 2020. As
per our agreement I have returned all common and preferred shares issued in my name which
have been canceled and are now in the Corporate treasury.
