Looked and think you are right. Royalties were about 1.6 million last year. Assuming those numbers are in Australian dollars so the implied return here is a bit under 10%.

Can’t say I would like the move at that price in this environment as a shareholder. The family was never anxious to make this move previously so it could be a way to suck the life out of a coronavirus infected husk. That would be my fear anyway. Why now?

Still the price doesn’t seem way out of whack on the surface.
