Not sure how this makes it a pump and dump I work for a private held company that is notorious about hinting that major news is coming months before they drop the press release on what that new product or news is. Imo nothing wrong with that it creates the hype and awareness around what is to come, it's as close to free advertisements as you can get so long as the news shows up. Time will tell of that's the case here
