FKng proposterous !!! How can this be an already done deal even to IRS offices??? Where's the process, the court dates & hearing, etc...???

Hell under this National Disaster for Corona Virus, the Feds already established a special credit facility over a week ago for ALL corps like FELP, who can go to them and get $$$ to keep all operations flowing. Why is/has FELP not done this? Why are Shareholders getting hurt like this needlessly??? How can a $500M asset company get away doing this???
