Anyone else read the latest from Haggerty? If so what are your thoughts?

Questions for Haggerty:

1) If shareholders were willing to identify themselves and the amount of shares held to the company without becoming NOBOs, would that do anything to help the company with the SBA? I suspect not. But expecting people to go NOBO status on all securities they own, as required, is probably asking too much.
