A buy of 1.5 million FSNRs, at $0.0061, would be a trade costing $9,150. Who, or why, would someone want to fork over that much? Rich people have a lot of latitude in playing with their equity purchases. But unless the buyer thinks he'll somehow get a return on his $9k purchase, why would he do it (or even put up such a bid)?
Makes no sense to me. But I've got to be careful how I invest my spare $91 (when I have that much).
