UCIX is going to uplist to OTCQB, then acquire UATG in another reverse merger, and looks to be a 10:1 split.

Getting 1 share of UCIX for every 10 you have of UATG.

New company structure has 1B authorized. meaning they will have ~900 million of dilution after the merger.
