Offering killed this run, I wonder who is promoting the crap out of this ticker. I mean this is not OTC, but I guess you could say anything under 5 dollars is still considered penny stock, much less under a dollar, if they are not letting this run above one dollar, which could imply maybe a reverse split coming soon. This ticker shouldn't need a paid promoters but I guess it is under a buck and anything is possible when it is under that threshold.
