Because I know the SS here, and I know no one on the retail side has access to shares down here... nor would be taking losses on 50-100k shares at a time ... much less only 2400 in $ volume... it wouldnt' make sense considering recent entries into retail positions have shares in the .005-.0078 and most hold shares above .02 .... so being this close the the filing deadline which management spoke abour back in January to see a 30% drop on less that 3k in trade , it highly suspect at best.
