True, it wasn't a scam back THEN, but what about now? Are you saying is doing ANYTHING productive to help shareholders? By not getting loans or updating financials? Now, it does reek of a scam. Asking shareholders to borrow money from???

Carrot dangling and never producing results whilst pretending to do all of this from the guise of "good for the shareholder to not dilute" is stupid.

Incompetent CEO has always been my mantra.
