Until and if the reverse merger is completed, OZSC and PCTI are two separate companies.

Over at OZSC, it's Brian Conway's job to reduce the debt on Ozop's books to make it the deal finaniacially acceptable to Catherine Chis at OZSC. The dilution from note conversion, along with the talks to potential equity partners are part of that effort.

Meanwhile, Ms. Chis job is to put PCTI's financials together so that they can be reported at the appropriate time.

Neither one probably cares very much about what's going on with OZSC's retail shareholders.
