he promised me something by today. now vic.....my new attorney, WHO I AM LISTENING TO.........will provide something to me. IF HE DOES NOT PROVIDE SOMETHING TO ME.....deal is off. so, VIC...and i are in a waiting game for the $$FUNDS$$

it was MY BUSINESS PLAN presented to ALL EVERYONE IN THE WORLD.....and out of everyone....HE LIKED MY RESPONSE....he LIKED MY PLAN......and he agreed to be the NEW CEO.....funding on my money.......i had to be paid back SOME CASH!!!!!!!

He was 1 of 3 people to like my BUSINESS PLAN on 3/20/20.

WHY THIS, and WHY THAT.....I DON'T KNOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I will reveal terms of the merger when I WANT TO.....ONLY STEPHANE and I HAVE THIS CONFIDENTIAL AGREEMENT.
