height researc/groshan basically says commons are worth $0.25 and preferred are worth 8 cents on the dollar so sell everything and that capital standards are delayed, and they could have been finalized in november of 2019, but they still aren't and they are not expected to be re-proposed until late may and not be finalized until february or march of 2021.

this and the admin now has other priorities.
