After 8 years of following this, that pretty much sums up my opinion as well. No SEC filings or audited financials, no way to really even quantify or verify any of their claims, that's basically the way it's always been though. Nothing but the ramblings of a crazy old man who has been spouting off RAFA nonsense for years, and separating fools from their money for many, many more.

As far as the Russians involved, for what it's worth, I have not found any red flags on Vladimir Dolgolenko at all, he's the owner and/or CEO of Geotechnologies LLC and Geotek LLC in Russia, he built a petroleum waste processing refinery in Kotovsk, that is easily verifiable and has gotten a pretty good amount of press over there.
