I think that as long as they are actually filing that paperwork, nothing is going to happen to them.
If they are following the rules, nobody will want to discourage innovation.
Do I think they will get anywhere, NOPE.
Am I waiting to reload, YEP.
Who would pass up action like this? I just don't take these guys seriously anymore.

Being led around by people who tell you what you want to hear, is not only dangerous, it's not much of a trading strategy.
