What credibility? ADXS mgt has no credibility

We've been hearing the song and dance from ADXS mgt about a merck/ADXS deal for 3+ years...all through the massive dilution. Remember the "Term Sheets?"

Fact is Merck isn't buying what ADXS is selling.
