The list is not actually as long as it appears to be. About 85% of the companies listed are working on potential "vaccines" which have to go through more hoops and rigorous testing and trials to be approved.

There are very few on the list that are actual drug candidates which can be implemented now. The only one I see is 'Favilavir' which is a drug in China by Hisun Pharmaceuticals which is said to currently be in clinical trials in China and was tested on 70 people. The drug was originally developed to treat inflammation of the throat and nose. The generic version of the drug is currently available to the public but again they do not have the same regulatory hoops to jump through as other nations. I also looked into AT-100 by Airway Therapeutics and they won't even be able to begin trials until mid 2020. That list is full of hopefuls and would be's who seem to be only working on it.. but realistically quite a ways away.

It is also of no consequence as it has been echoed here there will more than likely to be multiple approved drugs and Ifenprodil still appears to be a front runner from the information we have on hand. None of them appear to have filed with the FDA or showed up in a small results list from the most powerful computer in the western world.
