2create doesn't need me to stick up for him but he maybe travelling or busy, etc. so i'll take a crack at the answer for you. they buy NUCAP from gbmr when they need it. this might sound like a cop out answer but if anyone gives you a different answer they are blowing smoke up your a$$. And we wouldn't want that.
