$1.2MM x 12= $14.4MM per year

$14.4MM x .60 (net revenue)= $8.6MM net revenue

$8.4MM/524MM shares out= .016 EPS

.016 EPS x 20 P/E= .32 share price

A simple calculation using EPS and P/E. Some use multiples of net cash flow/multiples of revenue. This is my "back of the napkin" basic share price analysis.
