That's how the con game works here. Kill every pps rise with dilution and offerings. Lie about unapproved, undistributed and inaccurate test kits. Matter of fact, dilute to the point that it goes under 1$ and then r/s. However, the can r/s, even w/o it bein under $1. As you know, they can r/s to enrich themselves, then dilute and enrich themselves even more. The 1st thing they did recently was vote themselves a pay raise. You were putting it mildly when you called them jokers, they are much worse than that.
