Wonder if he will hook up with XCLL. Bob Strauss from San Francisco and some Chinese were involved years ago. Strauss is gone now I believe but still may own quite a few shares or did at one time. The stock was taking off like gangbusters then there was a huge crackdown on corruption with Chinese officials and the mob. Been years and China still has not brought back the online mobile lottery and their sales are really suffering especially now with Corona. Bet they learned a tough lesson on that. Tons of tax dollars needed bigly by China now and that Welfare and Sports lottery were making a killing at one time. Damn time flies.
