(IMO), With the addition of several new profitable companies (if this is indeed happening) Dr. Doki (if proven), can request the SEC to adjust the PPS upward therefore reflecting a new realized PPS to match the new company EBITA and industry P/E. SEC Reporting co's have many tools for assistance to get their firms up and running, unless countervailing forces are at work.

In my opinion, older shareholders won't let go until, they get what they feel, is a fair shake. Why else hold for so long. It is quite possible most could have been buying and holding for years like the Wolfson's. I think they reported they/company repurchased around 130 mm shares. I believe I read that in their 8/10k financials's throughout the years.
