From what i have read Codelco is not going to start drilling until October and that process will take 10mths, and it looks like SEA is holding them up with water permits.

I guess my question would be would Codelco/MSB partner up without knowing the results from Codelco drilling?

Why haven't Codelco signed up to the partnership yet?
