I agree, Kim needs to sell the shell to someone that wants to build a business.

I haven't checked on NGCG recently and saw that the it was No Current Information (Stop Sign).

Has anyone heard from Kim - any press releases? Or tried to call him.

If anyone is interested in taking control of the shell let me know as Kim hasn't provided any fiduciary guidance in years - unless he has done something that I don't know about.
