The final decision is that the Total contract stands and the Kosmos contract stands. That's the final decision. It's already been made.

Now one of them has to walk away or litigate further.

It won't be Total...because ERHC doesn't grant consent.

It will be Kosmos...because what other choice does Kosmos have? More litigation? More exposure to alleged bribery charges of Sao Tome officials? It's got plenty to deal with with it's falling share price.

Kosmos wouldn't dare drag this on with more litigation with the EEZ about to be drilled this year
