If we needed the COVID-19 crises to "spur" investors to seek out attractive domestic investments, and throw in national security for domestic supply chain(this was known as soon as the US and China got in to the trade war...how long ago??) Wasn't this and hasn't this been spun as can't lose money maker for how long (you old timers)? Project never been more de-risked, etc, etc

Say one thing, money is practically being given away now. So, forget waiting for COVID-19 to pass boys.

Excuses for not securing financing are non-existent.....Mark's line has a due date of June 2020 I think?
