I have been casually following TRTC for many years - as far back as 2012 there was an instant cult following of Peterson and they defended him no matter how outrageous his actions were. Most that invested in TRTC were followers or devotees of Peterson - below is part of his track record that investor bought into.

He presented himself as being successful on Wall Street - but failed to mention that he filed for bankruptcy because he was living off of credit cards.

Peterson walked the thin gray line - I believe one act of fraud was when he sold Blum to TRTC - that could cause him problems but most TRTC investors don't have the funds to file a complaint against Peterson - because he has all of their money.
