I sent demand letter of my invested money toward company Medtainer inc. because I invested under
false information given from the company and Curtis Fairbrother to all three parties, agent of process of service and CEO,CFO,CSO
Medtainer violated fedral law Fedral Securities laws. the securities exchange Act, Section 10, outlaws intentional misstatements by a company
I believe all government system including Court is closed due to Coronavirus crisis in California
so I won't able to file the case till mid-April or later until court reopens again
but I might get respond from company
I may consult this issue with an attorney since class action attorney does not get paid until it's settled
I am not sure if there is an attorney available to talk to during the Coronavirus crisis

I worked in Garment industry for long in Los Angeles and I have seen companies on lawsuit specially in violating labor law getting sued by employees and end up selling the company for millions of dollars to pay off the judgment
