So where we are right now is NOT a completed deal because it is being held up. It is NOT a deal with TOTAL because, by your own admission, that has yet to be decided. So once again the faulty conclusion is based on what someone thinks is "most likely" to happen, not any decision that has been made or completed. The amount of credibility given to what someone thinks is most likely to happen depends a lot on the history of success of other things that same someone has said were likely to happen. For example, if someone was wrong almost every time, or even had to invent a whole new, far out paradigm where wrong means right, then there wouldn't be much credibility for future "most likely to happen" predictions. Much more likely to look at erhe's share price and conclude whichever deal finally is completed, it won't be sending the stock to $8 or paying 1 cent dividends any time soon.

By the way, Total has plunged over 50% this year. I wonder how much they are ready to pay for a $.0002 stock. I wonder how ugent any deep water drilling deal is at this point. Certainly not worth a 4,000,000% premium lmao.
