I know from the filings last summer that Annihilare and PCTL reached a settlement that involved Marty Paris leaving PCTL. He is now the CEO of Annihilare. Annihilare is now advertising very similar products (slight differences) to PCTL.
I discovered that the system being used at TF Green airport by ISS is an Annihilare system. You can see their logo if you look closely at around the :52 second mark in this video- https://www.wpri.com/health/coronavirus/tf-green-utilizing-new-tech-to-disinfect-airport/
According the filings I have seen Marty still owns shares in PCTL, and there may be a 3 year lease granted to Annihilare by PCTL. Does PCTL benefit from placements by Annihilare?
Now we have Annihilare using the PCThealth.com website, which creates confusion and possibly without permission from PCTL.
I think there is plenty of market room for both companies, but I am just trying to understand the situation and what it means for PCTL going forward.
