It's been well documented that until CBD is federally legal there will be no uplist. Not going to happen.

So a reverse split does nothing to improve our chances.

Clearly they believed that the farm bill would pave the way, we know better now.

Once FDA approval comes if they can't get to $2 a share them shame on them.
