Does anyone know exactly what this company does to justify its existence?
The OTC COMPANY PROFILE page for PASO is a real dogs breakfast. No website referral, no social media referrals and the T.A. is gagged. These are very simple things to upgrade to help give some sort of confidence in this money loser.
Not quite sure why any other company would want to merge with this long running scam ticker PASO. Lots of these phony mergers going on with these garbage tickers like PASO lately. None working out well!
The SEC filed 1-A back in August of 2018 hasnt even become effective after all this time. PURE BUNKEM!
Where that famous LOI for this so called merger?
