Who has to say that shareholders get nothing in order for it to be accepted as the truth? Seems the monitor, their lawyer, the 2 federal courts, and the company that was expected to hand over buckets of money (LCY) for zero reason whatsoever saying it isn't good enough.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
