That just means you can not buy through them you could sell it if you already owned it.

I was told by TD that you need to talk with someone in the APEX trading dept at TD. I gave up on them and was fortunate to have a little $ in another brokerage firm that did allow it on Friday.

I would highly reccomend moving $ to another company for this position.
