Board selected Joseph “Gray” Davis, a member of the Board, and Mr. Klein to serve as members of the Nominating Committee of the Board. Unusual name, could be coincidence, but, quite the coincidence. Having two former Governors of California in the mix one (R) one (D)

Yeah its him, he was on board of Heywards other company before it merged with Cookie Jar and was bought by Wildbrain.
