Growing concerns around COVID-19 present unprecedented challenges in all of our personal and professional lives. For this reason, our priority is to ensure the safety of our families and colleagues, as we all work together to bring this outbreak to an end.
This does not mean Exro is slowing down.
While the Exro team is operating remotely where possible, we are continuing to advance our mission to bring our technology to market, to make the world's electric motors and powertrains faster, stronger and greener.
Our eight commercialization deals remain on track. Our executive team continues to take the Exro story to market and identify opportunities, taking advantage of the fact that many of our future customers are at home and have time for deep conversations. In fact, I am very excited by the progress of those ongoing negotiations and believe we will have some very positive news in the days and weeks ahead.
In short, I can assure you that your investment in Exro is secure, that your company remains positive and strong. Our balance sheet is healthy, bolstered by our over-subscribed February raise of $4.3 million. Our daily objective is to spend every investor dollar wisely to advance our global commercialization strategy.
