ONLY problem. Publicly listed companies, specifically, OTC do reverse splits and MOSTLY keep AS the same. So, with PFSD, a private company, you are comparing apples to oranges. Does PFSD, in current form, need to access toxic financing? You know, likes of Apollo or the dreaded Kramer brothers?
