Have you read the latest report? They quite clearly have been shown a great opportunity, but admit that they don't have enough money to ramp up production.
Yet, they are unwilling to offer guarantees to a shareholder who offered them a loan ... and have been turned away at the SBA (according to them).
So, if one is shown a "golden opportunity" and needs a modest amount of cash to ramp up production to take advantage of that "Golden opportunity", yet is unwilling to offer guarantees to the lender for the loan, just how "Golden" is that opportunity?
My point, ORCA, is that I believe share holders are being fed a line, or two or three lines of BS in order to provide the company an alibi for the upcoming Reverse SPLAT!!
