Click here for Spanish Click here for English I think we can safely assume that this obviously crafted-as-benign non-threatening quiet (made for-under-the-radar baby-step interim sequential) SEA approval to use continental water in Maricunga means Codelco can yes indeed use local water from the continent (ie from the continent of South America) which is bureaucratic-backdoor-speak for "local" water as opposed to desalinated water pumped overland up to Maricunga by pipe from a desalination plant on the ocean coast.
So today's question is... Is Codelco really going through the dot your i's and cross your t's phase in Maricunga? Hmmmm who would have thought they were actually going to do something here?
