How old is Kaplan? Maybe he's ready to step down.

I for one have been very disappointed in how this entire company has been managed. I, like many others, have lost a chit load of money on this company over the past 20-years. Too many times I fell for the annual "next year" bs. I don't know if their credibility can ever be rebuilt.
