As a result of this change in control and change in management, it is anticipated that the Company will acquire Ealixir Privacy Services Ltd, a Republic of Ireland corporation that is engaged in the business of Internet Technology. As of this date, management is in discussion regarding the terms of such acquisition. New management intends to make a formal announcement if and when this proposed transaction has been consummated. If and when consummated, it is anticipated that the Company will take all necessary steps to become a full reporting company under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended and list its common stock for trading on the OTCQB.
